After enjoying a sunny, 50-degree Monday, Brentwood residents awoke Tuesday to yet another inch of snow and temperatures in the low teens. Weather forecasters say the yo-yo temperatures will continue this week, with a high of 19 today, 37 on Wednesday, 16 on Thursday and 38 on Friday.
The Brentwood School District delayed the start of classes by one hour on Tuesday. Clayton was on a snow schedule as well. But many schools in the St. Louis area were closed, such as Maplewood Richmond Heights, Webster Groves and Kirkwood.
Brentwood has received its share of snow so far this year, starting with the 10 inches that fell on Jan. 5.
