Missouri American Water began installing a new water main this week on Brentwood Boulevard between Pine Avenue and Litzinger Road. It received a permit from St. Louis County on Jan. 23 to replace the water main on that stretch and began mobilizing equipment last week.

Work hours on the roadway will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“Lane restrictions will be in effect during this project,” the City of Brentwood states on its website. “Drivers are urged to use alternate routes during this period if possible.”
