Three-time Emmy Award-winning storyteller Bobby Norfolk entertained students in all grades at Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School on Jan. 29.
According to a press release from the school, “Bobby promotes character education traits such as respect, responsibility, honesty, teamwork, cooperation, compassion and self-esteem. He brought these lessons to our school today and provided the students with a way to learn while simultaneously having fun.”
Said Norfolk, “I tell stories to see the happiness and joy that can be shared through the oral tradition.”
The activity was part of Saint Mary Magdalen’s celebration of Catholic Schools Week.
